Thought these would fit my Aqua black pro

I purchased these due to the website stating that it would fit my aqua black pro and I bought them because I do have sensitive teeth. When I receive them, they do not fit. I have contacted Customer Service several times through email. I’ve gotten one response to send them some more information back and haven’t heard which I can’t return the item. However, when I try to put them on, they’re not interchangeable unfortunately which I was really bummed about and I wanted to exchange them out, but I can’t seem to do that and it’s been 14 days.
