How do I register my electric toothbrush and/or water flosser?

To register your product please ensure you have your warranty serial number and order number available.  Warranty Registration can be found at the very bottom of AquaSonic.com under SUPPORT or by clicking here.  If you encounter issues while filling out the warranty form, please email support@aquasonic.com for assistance.



SHIPPING & RETURNS

Does AquaSonic.com Ship Internationally?

AquaSonic.com does not ship internationally at this time.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates

AquaSonic offers FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders $25 and over.

There is a $5 shipping fee for all orders under $25.

AquaSonic does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico at this time.

Paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

AquaSonic is a California based business with customer service as our top priority.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If you are not completely satisfied with a product that you purchased from AquaSonic.com, simply contact us at support@aquasonic.com within 30 days to arrange a return & refund.  All inquiries are answered within 48 business hours.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All AquaSonic electric toothbrushes and water flossers come with a 1 year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.  If your product stops working, we will replace it for you.  Please note this does not cover accidental damage or issues caused from the misuse of the product.



ORDERS

Can I place an order by phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept phone orders at this time.  If you need assistance placing your order, please email support@aquasonic.com and a customer service representative will reply via email to help you.

How can I modify or cancel an order?

Please contact us via email at support@aquasonic.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Our Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time.

I purchased my products at a participating retailer and need to make a return/exchange. Can I return my purchase to AquaSonic.com?

Although we are more than happy to assist with any questions or concerns you have about your product purchase, we regrettably cannot accept returns from other retail partners.

How do I register for an account?

Depending on the device you are on, click on the icon on the top right of your screen (desktop) or the  icon on the top left (mobile), then find and click on LOG IN.  Select CREATE ACCOUNT then fill in the required information and click submit.  You will receive a confirmation at the email address provided.

How do I sign into my account?

If you already have an AquaSonic account setup, simply click on the icon on the top right of your screen (desktop) or icon on the top left (mobile), then find and click on LOG IN.  Sign in using your email address and password.
