OK, toothbrush works great but it was supposed to be wireless charging. I didn't want to look dumb before posting this but here pics, not wireless and says battery life reduces pretty fast

I'm sharing the information for buyers not based in the US or Canada (or Mexico) where mains power is 100/110 VAC that this product IS designed for international use and can take mains power 100-240 VAC. Unfortunately the manufacturers do not include this key detail in their product information online and none of the previous reviewers had it. I had to buy one unit to check, now I'll buy the second one as we needed 2.I've not yet used this product but will update the review with usage feedback in a couple of weeks. Thus it may end up losing a star or 2 if poor, OR it'll be updated to 5 stars 🌟 🤩!

I have been using this for about a week and thus far it has been a good toothbrush. Quality and strong cleaning power. However, I have a complaint about the brush heads. I had one snap in half while brushing!! Had a bunch of bristles all over my mouth. Not expecting that with less than a weeks use. Couldn't find any contact info for seller so maybe this review will get their attention.

I really enjoy using the Aquasonic Clinical and I'm sure the Pro is as good. I do however have a problem with the sanitizer as it only works intermittently.

I have used a battery operated Spinbrush for years thinking that was adequate to keep my teeth clean. I did notice however that teeth cleanings at the dentist office still required deep cleaning and recommendations from the hygienist on getting into those "hard to reach areas."

I decided to swap the Spinbrush for the Black Series Pro Sonic Toothbrush and I am very pleased so far. The brush has a two-minute timer that allows you to monitor how long and where to hold the brush head. The ultrasonic action cleans through wave action for both the teeth and gums. The charger base also has a UV light that disinfects toothbrush heads. I am very pleased with this purchase and looking forward to less aggressive dental teeth cleanings in the future.

units are great service is non existent. They do not replay to warranty or emails. I would not buy from this company again for service is most important

I have the orginal Black Series Toothbrush for the last four years. I have past it down to one of my grandkids since it works perfect. I upgraded to the Pro series for the point of having the best on the market. Thanks

No issues with the seller or delivery.I've used the Aquasonic for 2 weeks now, on one charge. Nice!I have a few complaints about the brush... the on/off and mode buttons are placed where you have to grip the brush, to brush your teeth properly. And I keep hitting one of the buttons during use. Very annoying.The other issue is the small brush head and bristles. I'm constantly hitting the hard plastic brush head on my teeth, especially the back molars and it doesn't feel pleasant. And for me personally, the bristles are too soft. I need a bigger brush head, with medium/firm bristles.One other item, I don't like the brush pausing/turning off every 30 seconds, no matter what mode I use. Not sure why the brush was programmed with such a dumb feature.

Excellent replacement for my older electric toothbrush that started having issues with some additional options. Changing the brushing setting is a nice touch but not sure if this can be done with the unit off so it is not vibrating. The blue light is nice but make sure you have enough room to open the door.

Time will tell if the battery holds a charge but right now it is doing great. Great toothbrush for the price.

Quiet and easy to use. After using a few days I notice you have to watch where you hold the brush. Sometimes I turn if off or change the setting if not holding in a certain area which is the bottom. Just takes some thought or I have to start over.

I bought to replace my Oral B, I love it, teeth much whiter after just a few uses. Will get rid of the Oral B!
